Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed use

Use services for lawful research, development, training, inference, rendering, analytics, and other authorized workloads.

Prohibited activity

• Cryptocurrency mining or activity intended to evade capacity controls.
• DDoS, botnets, malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, or unauthorized intrusion.
• Unauthorized scanning, exploitation, surveillance, or access to systems or data.
• Bypassing billing, metering, rate limits, isolation, identity checks, or abuse controls.
• Illegal content, infringement, privacy violations, or harmful unlawful AI workloads.

Models and content

Do not use models or APIs to create unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing content. You must follow applicable licenses and third-party model restrictions.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend, investigate, preserve evidence, or terminate access where needed. Report abuse to abuse@hostnotgpu.ae.
