Information we collect

We collect account identity and email information, authentication and session records, IP address and device/user-agent data, API key metadata, wallet and payment metadata, GPU instance and connection records, usage and billing records, audit/security events, and support messages.

Inference data

Serverless requests include inputs required to execute the requested model and may produce outputs returned to you. Requests are sent to the selected inference infrastructure and usage dimensions are recorded for authorization and settlement. This policy does not promise that prompts or outputs are never retained; retention can depend on operational logs, provider behavior, support investigations, and legal requirements.

Uses and sharing

We use data to authenticate, provision, meter, bill, secure, troubleshoot, support, communicate about, and improve services. We share necessary data with infrastructure, model/inference, payment, email, hosting/database, and monitoring providers disclosed in our Subprocessor Disclosure, and with authorities where legally required.

Retention and transfers

We retain records for service operation, accounting, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them under our operational retention practices. Providers may process data in other countries; appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards are used where applicable.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Requests should include enough information to verify the account and may be sent to the configured privacy contact: privacy@hostnotgpu.ae.

Security and contact

We use least-privilege access, encrypted secrets, scoped credentials, session controls, and audit logging. No system can guarantee absolute security. Privacy contact: privacy@hostnotgpu.ae.
