Terms of Service
Rules for using hostnotgpu compute, serverless inference, APIs, and account services.
Effective 8/28/2026
1. Who we are
hostnotgpu is operated by Hostnot Network Solutions FZE LLC. Contact details are maintained in the company settings shown on this page.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using a service, you accept these Terms. You must be legally able to contract and provide accurate account information. Keep credentials and API keys confidential and report suspected compromise promptly.
3. Services
hostnotgpu provides access to synchronized GPU offerings, container workloads, virtual machines, serverless inference, APIs, usage records, and support. Capacity, regions, environments, and model availability vary and may change.
4. Compute and SSH
Instances may be containerized or virtualized. You choose only environments offered for the selected GPU offering. SSH access is provided through the displayed host and port; verify the displayed host fingerprint before trusting a connection.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for workloads, data, images, credentials, network activity, legal rights, and complying with the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass isolation, metering, authentication, or capacity controls.
6. Billing and wallet credits
Wallet deposits create prepaid account credit. Before a deployment, funds may be reserved. Running GPU usage is recorded in proportional usage windows at the customer rate shown at authorization. Serverless requests are authorized against an estimated charge and settled from reported usage. Insufficient available balance may stop or prevent work.
7. Failed deployments and cancellation
If provisioning fails before billable resource use, the applicable reservation is released. Terminating an instance stops future usage; charges already incurred remain payable. Payment-provider reversals, duplicate payments, promotional credit, and refund treatment are described in the Refund Policy.
8. Prices, taxes, and third parties
Prices and capacity can change before authorization. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Compute and payment functions may depend on third-party infrastructure; hostnotgpu remains your service interface but cannot guarantee third-party capacity.
9. Customer data and intellectual property
You retain rights in your workloads and inputs. You grant only the permissions needed to operate requested services. We may process metadata and workload data as necessary to provide, secure, meter, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
10. Prohibited use and suspension
Prohibited use is described in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to protect people, systems, customers, or legal obligations, including non-payment, abuse, compromise, or unlawful activity.
11. Security and availability
We use access controls, encrypted secrets, scoped API keys, audit records, and isolated service components. No service is guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free. The Service Level Policy describes availability commitments, if any, and exclusions.
12. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity
Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every offering, model, region, or environment will remain available. Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct. Liability limitations and indemnity obligations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and are not intended to exclude non-waivable rights.
13. Changes and governing terms
We may change services and these Terms. Material updates will be communicated through the service or account contact. The governing law and forum for this agreement are administrator-configurable and should be confirmed before publication.
14. Contact
