Refund and Cancellation Policy

Wallet deposits

Deposited funds are credited after payment confirmation. Used credits and active usage are not refundable as unused funds. Promotional credits may have separate restrictions.

Failed provisioning

When an authorized deployment fails before billable resource use, the reservation is released. If a provider resource ran or usage was recorded, the applicable usage remains chargeable.

Duplicates, chargebacks, and requests

Duplicate payment reports and refund requests should include the account and payment reference. Payment reversals and chargebacks may suspend affected credits or account access while investigated. Refunds are subject to payment-provider rules, applicable law, and administrator approval.

Cancellation

Cancel a running resource through the workspace or API. Cancellation stops future usage but does not reverse completed usage windows or serverless requests.
