Wallet Deposits

Prerequisites

Confirm the amount and currency displayed by the checkout flow. Deposits are credited only after payment confirmation.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard and Wallet.
  2. Choose an available payment method and amount.
  3. Complete provider checkout.
  4. Wait for the deposit status to become paid.

Expected result

Wallet balance and transaction history show the confirmed deposit. Pending or failed payments do not create usable credit.

Common issues

Do not submit duplicates because a browser timed out. Check the deposit record, then contact Support with the payment reference.
