What webhooks do

Webhooks deliver selected customer events to an HTTPS endpoint you control.

Receiver requirements

Validate the signature, reject oversized or malformed bodies, and process each event idempotently. Return success only after recording the event safely.

Retries

Delivery may be retried. Use the event identifier to prevent duplicate side effects and review delivery status in the workspace.

Security

Rotate the endpoint secret after suspected exposure. Do not put secrets in URLs, logs, or client-side code.
